Yummy potatoes

Last night we had potatoes cooked in a different way and I have to say it was quite good. We cooked them in a crock pot of all places. Sounded strange enough that I just had to try it. The potatoes were not quite the same as a baked potato in that they end up being steamed a little. This makes the skins soft instead of crunchy. The insides however end up being nice, light and flaky. Try it for yourself to see what you think.

Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork in a couple of places. Then wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil. Then place your wrapped spuds in your crock pot and cook away. On high they take about 2 1/2 to 4 hours. On low they take about 8 hours.
