Here is a cure for all of you Mac lovers whose notebooks aren’t so pearly white anymore. Toothpaste. Lifehacker is reporting that by rubbing a small amount of toothpaste onto the case with a slightly damp cloth and then rubbing it off with a dry rag will remove those unsightly stains. The stains are common from the palms of Mac users resting on the inside of the case when typing. My personal opinion is that Mac users must be dirtier than the rest of us. I don’t seem to have that problem with my Dell. 
A word of warning, I would recommend being very careful with the damp cloth around the keyboard. I also recommend cleaning your little Apple with it fully powered off just in case any water decides to run into sensitive locations.
