I accidentally watched this show the other night on Discovery Health. Actually here in the Columbus area, Time Warner has decided to call the channel Fit TV.

My wife, Deb and I were stalling a few minutes before watching Heroes so that we could skip through the lovely commercials via our lovely DVR. So, here we are watching this show and almost immediately I start laughing. By the end of the show I was laughing so hard that I was brought to tears. Strange way to describe a cooking show but then again it seems appropriate.

Sam, the cooking guy is every bit as entertaining as it is informational. The food he cooked in the two episodes I have seen so far were as simple as well as appearing appetizing. I’ll let you know how the dishes taste when I get a chance to make one of his dishes.

If you are in to cooking and possibly dogs, then you must check this show out.
