Maxwell McQuate, eight years old! Really!

It seems that we have a fair amount of birthdays in October and Maxwell is our latest.

Here he is enjoying a crisp autumn day with a little cake. OK, so maybe it was freezing this weekend, but the kids didn’t notice.
