Max’s bowl of goodness

I have seen variations of this recipe by many names but this one is for Max. Taco soup is one of the more common. This variation has no meat but still keeps the great flavor. If you want to make it specific to Max’s standards, you must simmer it in a crock pot for at least one day. I have no real idea of the health risks of doing this but according to Max, the soup tastes great.

Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
2 (.5 oz) packages ranch dip or seasoning mix
2 (.25 oz) packages of taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 cans corn
2 cups water

Notes:
Just combine all ingredients, adding the seasoning mixes last. We usually dump the entire cans of vegetables including any juice. Feel free to rinse the beans. The soup is ready anytime after it is warm. Also be aware that the Ranch seasoning comes in a couple of different sizes. The total amount should be approximately 1oz.
