Rumpke yard waste pickup contract is a joke
The city of Columbus has brokered a deal with Rumpke for a subscription service to pick up yard waste. The program starts on April 20, 2009. The cost is $49.50, paid in advance, for the 6-month season from mid-April to mid-October. This program is going to be a failure for the following reasons.
