Not a particularly exciting workout but it got the job done. I hurt quite a bit even going into the gym. It seems like I never feel great anymore. Too many pains in too many places. I’m chucking it up to aging but it’s seriously annoying.

Deadlift rounds went a little worse than I hoped. I was really shooting for 315lbs for my last round but I didn’t complete it. My weights, 135, 185, 225, 275. I stopped after 4 rounds just because it felt far heavier than I had anticipated.

Incline bench was with tiny little 156lbs for all rounds. Rows were all in the 2 minute range.
