Photosynth, from Microsoft Live Labs
Recently, Kathy posted on an application called Wordle that made images from groups of words. Photosynth does somewhat of the same thing but with images. It can essentially reproduce an environment, a room, a landscape, a sculpture, just by looking for similarities in the uploaded images. Be sure to read the disclaimer, it is a public site, so anything you create is public.
